LumApps is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales strategy through onboarding, integrations, governance, and long-term value realization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to global enterprise customers, shaping transformation initiatives and ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role combines strategic advisory, program leadership, and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing multiple complex programs for enterprise customers.
• Experience with SaaS and global deployments.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead strategic program plans with metrics, governance, milestones, and value realization.
• Oversee full lifecycle of complex engagements from pre-sales to onboarding, adoption, optimization, and value delivery.
• Be the voice of the customer, informing internal strategy and service improvements.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and opportunities and keep programs on track.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to develop joint strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead governance and executive cadences (steering committees, program reviews, decision forums).
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
• Drive adoption and measurable outcomes at scale to deliver value.
