LumApps is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead complex enterprise programs across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales strategy through onboarding, governance, and value realization.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping transformation initiatives and ensuring measurable business outcomes for global enterprise customers. This role blends strategic advisory, program leadership, and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in managing multiple complex projects and accounts.
• Experience of working with enterprise customers.
• Strategic discovery to understand goals and constraints behind initiatives.
• Clear communication across operational teams to executives.
• Empathy and trusted partnership with stakeholders.
• Strong SaaS business understanding and ROI mindset.
• Structured program planning and delivery across workstreams.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional programs in a hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead strategic program plans with milestones and value realization.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of complex engagements from pre-sales to onboarding and value delivery.
• Advise customers, shaping transformation initiatives and outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities through program insights and data.
• Influence stakeholders across Communications, HR, IT, Operations, and frontline units.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales on joint strategies and expansions.
• Lead governance cadences and steering committees for alignment.
