DDN is seeking a Senior Designated Support Engineer in the EMEA region to deliver expert technical support for high‑performance storage systems. You will diagnose complex issues, collaborate with engineering, and guide customer troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation.

You will own escalations, develop test plans, and contribute to knowledge sharing across global teams. Occasional travel and on‑call rotations are expected to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical support or related roles.
• Experience with Linux-based storage or HPC environments.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management.
