DDN is seeking a Sales Engineer to architect high-performance storage solutions across finance, pharma, education, and AI applications. You will translate complex customer requirements into scalable systems and demonstrate capabilities via POCs and benchmarks.

You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape AI infrastructure offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Exposure to storage/systems through coursework, internships, or projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; customer-facing communication abilities.
• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with customers to understand data challenges across finance, pharma, education and AI workloads.
• Translate requirements into scalable storage solutions and present compelling proposals.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle and conduct live demos/POCs.
• Architect storage for AI/ML training, HPC, data analytics; design for reliability and security.
• Create BOMs, system architectures, and technical proposals for complex RFPs.
• Integrate with GPU clusters, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks.
• Stay current on AI infrastructure trends and collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to technical thought leadership.
