You'll recruit and mentor the team, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with Product Management on feedback. This remote role requires 50-75% travel within the region and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
• Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
• Knowledge of security product market trends and directions.
• Proficient in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
• Train, mentor, and review team members; define development plans.
• Provide field support in complex evaluations and challenging environments.
• Lead and coach on technical validation efforts for opportunities.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams.
• Drive Platformization and strategic technical initiatives for accounts.
