Job summary

Skillup.co is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join one of the team’s fullstack squads in Paris. You will help improve products, implement new features, and ensure top-notch user experience across the stack.

As a Senior, you’ll guide teammates, share expertise, and drive code quality in a fast-growing startup environment with flexible remote days and an office in Paris.

The team and its organization
At Skillup, we're a twenty-strong Tech/Data/Product team divided into 4 features teams, organized according to the different modules (training, skills, interviews and people review) of our SaaS solution.

Each features team reports to a tech lead and a dedicated product manager, and is responsible for a functional and technical area that enables us to manage projects: design, development, testing and QA, delivery and maintenance.

There is also a data team (4 people) in charge of implementing a reliable and scalable data architecture.

The rest of the team is supported by 2 UX Designers, 1 Engineering Manager, 1 Head of Product and the CTO on the management side.

The role
You'll be part of one of the Skillup team's fullstack squads (4 developers). Your role is to help us improve our products, develop new features and offer our customers the best possible user experience.

As a Senior, you'll not only act as a reference on design and development issues, but you'll also help your team members to progress by sharing your expertise.
