FNZ Group's The Hokus Platform in France seeks a Software Engineer to help deliver the next generation of our platform for life insurance. You will work in a multicultural team to design, develop and test features that dematerialize life insurance contract management.

Collaborating with data scientists and business users, you will maintain systems and push for continuous improvement in an agile environment while communicating in English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Experience with Smalltalk or life-insurance software is required.
• Hands-on with technologies and testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyse, design and develop tests to build robust new features in an agile environment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing and new systems and platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work with other engineers/scientists to elevate technology and apply best practices.
