LaraBench is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and work on a large-scale production application. You will contribute to a high-traffic Laravel backend, Next.js frontend, and PostgreSQL database, with MongoDB migration in progress, and collaborate with the DevOps team on deployments.

The role focuses on building scalable features, improving performance, and taking ownership of critical components across the stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Laravel and modern frontend stacks (Next.js/React).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, REST APIs, and Docker.
• Solid Linux server experience and CI/CD workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
