Swile is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to craft innovative solutions across Fintech, Travel, HR, and Employee Benefits. You will partner with various teams to design, develop, test, and deploy robust software in production while continually learning and adapting to Swile's evolving tech landscape.

Ideal candidates have significant software engineering experience and a passion for maintainable, high-performance code.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in problem & data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer pragmatic solutions and implement end-to-end.
Create, design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously and reliably.
Work with the Engineering Manager to design solutions and be accountable for their execution.
Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients.
Be a facilitator and contribute to information flow to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, with good judgment for Swile applications.
Provide positive, constructive and qualitative feedback during code reviews.
Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams.
