Job summary

Swile is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to craft innovative solutions balancing speed, pragmatism and excellence. You will solve problems with data-driven analysis, collaborate across teams, and own code from design to production.

You will mentor peers, review code, and stay ahead with new technologies to enhance Swile’s platform. You will work with a modern stack including Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/React/Node.js, Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift), and on AWS/Kubernetes with PostgreSQL,

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in problem and data analysis.

• Work with Engineering Manager to design solutions and execute them.
• Understand the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients.
• Facilitate information flow to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures for Swile applications.
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
• Mentor and promote tech growth within the team.
