Job summary

Langan is seeking a Site / Civil Project Engineer to join our Cleveland team. This role will lead planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects, while mentoring staff.

You will collaborate with a passionate team across market sectors to deliver robust solutions. You will oversee site layout, grading, drainage, SWPPP, and regulatory compliance, while developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license is preferred.
• Experience with land development and infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong client development and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and provide client communication.
• Design site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; monitor timelines.
