Job summary

ProjecTTech is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor to lead on-site supervision during the construction of a gigafactory. You will oversee foundations, piles, concrete structures, and steel assemblies while coordinating multiple subcontractors and ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards.

The role requires a strong field presence, 10+ years in industrial construction, and the ability to manage interfaces across trades in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction.
• Experience supervising large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong field presence with ability to manage multiple companies.
• Good level of English required for international environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering works on the construction site.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinating client companies.
• Oversee foundations, piles, and concrete structures.
• Supervise prefabricated concrete elements and steel structures.
• Check compliance with plans, specs, and project requirements.
• Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in site meetings and report progress regularly.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Coordinate interfaces between trades and teams.
