Demartino Law seeks a Technical Expert to finalize a ServiceNow solution for ITOM Visibility, ITOM Health, and ITSM within a client IT environment. You will define the architecture, implement processes, and ensure ongoing maintenance and upgrades while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow expertise, ITIL practices, and experience with CMDB and integrations using tools like Centreon and EasyVista. Certifications are preferred for the France Télévisions project.

Responsabilités

• Implement ITSM standards and Incident/Problem/Change/Asset processes in ServiceNow.
• Define stakeholder roles and integrate CMDB and ITOM components.
• Develop interfaces with client tools and train teams; contribute to portals and dashboards.
