Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Service/Product Design Architect to lead the design of sustainable, scalable service offers and translate business strategy into practical service definitions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Platform and clients to ensure that service designs meet real client needs across a global marketplace, leveraging design thinking, scaled agile, and ITIL principles to maximize value and minimize risk.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops paper prototypes for client reviews to confirm scope.
• Documents Internal Service Definitions for new service offers.
• Facilitates ideation and design workshops to validate needs and identify solutions.
• Coordinates with architects, designers and SMEs for detailed designs.
• Ensures designs meet common and specific design principles.
• Applies best practices in design thinking, scaled agile, ITIL, security.
• Develops workshop collateral for ideation and design workshops.
• Assesses architecture components and validates models to minimize risks.
• Produces and maintains design documentation including blueprints.
