Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Service/Product Design Architect to translate business strategy into scalable, best-practice service offers. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Platform, and clients to ensure service designs meet real client needs across a global marketplace.

You will drive design thinking across workshops, oversee documentation, and ensure architectures minimize risk while optimizing revenue and client experience. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Extended IT operations experience.
• Experience in service architecture.
• Pre-sales consulting exposure.
• Ability to design scalable service solutions.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Knowledge of design thinking and agile practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL and security principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype service concepts for client review.
• Document internal service definitions.
• Facilitate ideation workshops with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects and SMEs on detailed designs.
• Ensure designs meet design principles and SLAs/OLAs.
• Incorporate design thinking, scaled agile, ITIL, and security best practices.
• Develop workshop collateral for workshops.
• Analyze opportunities to improve revenue, cost, and client experience.
• Create service design models for transition phases.
• Assess architectures to minimize risks.
