Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Service/Product Design Architect to lead the development of sustainable, scalable service offerings. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Platform and clients to translate requirements into viable designs across a global marketplace.

You will apply design thinking, scaled agile, ITIL and security best practices to deliver end-to-end service solutions, with a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to influence revenue and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Business.
• Experience in IT Operations, Service Architecture or pre-sales consulting.
• Familiar with scaled agile and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops service offers and capabilities.
• Leads ideation workshops and validates client needs.
• Produces service design blueprints and documentation.
• Ensures designs meet design principles and service levels.
• Collaborates with Sales, Delivery, Platform and clients.
