Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Principal Service/Product Design Architect to drive service design strategy and scalable offers. You will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Clients to ensure designs align with real needs in a global market.

Responsibilities include prototyping, documenting service definitions, and leading design workshops. Requires extensive IT operations, architecture and pre-sales experience, with a strong emphasis on design thinking and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extended IT industry knowledge.
• Strong relationship management with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of design thinking and SDLC.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and document new service definitions and blueprints.
• Lead ideation workshops to validate needs and designs.
• Coordinate with architects and SMEs on solution designs.
• Ensure designs meet common and specific design principles.
• Leverage ITIL, agile practices and security in design.
• Develop workshop collateral for ideation sessions.
• Analyze client requirements and ensure scalability and operability.
• Support pre-sales with design decisions and lifecycle considerations.
• Plan activities and specify required infrastructure and changes.
