Limagrain Field Seeds Europe seeks a Seed Treatment Portfolio Manager to define and implement the European seed treatment strategy for hybrid crops including maize, sunflower and oilseed rape.

You will build market-driven roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams across agronomy, development, procurement and regulatory, and partner with suppliers to drive innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance and successful product launches in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering or an equivalent scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the seed industry, seed treatment or crop protection sector.
• Proven portfolio management and product development experience for field crops.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the Seed Treatment Strategy for European markets.
• Manage and develop the product portfolio from development to optimization and launch.
• Build strategic partnerships and negotiate supply agreements with key suppliers.
• Lead operations, budgets, and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Represent Limagrain within industry associations and professional organizations.
