Responsabilités

• Define and drive a long-term seed treatment strategy and growth roadmap for European markets.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from development to optimization and phase-out.
• Build partnerships, negotiate supply agreements and secure access to innovative technologies.
• Lead operations with agronomic development, application technologies, procurement and regulatory coordination.
• Represent Limagrain in industry networks and coordinate cross‑functional projects in an international environment.

The role leads the development, management and optimization of the seed treatment portfolio, ensuring the successful sourcing, positioning, commercialization and lifecycle management of innovative solutions. Working closely with suppliers, partners and cross‑functional teams, the position drives profitable growth, innovation and regulatory compliance across European markets.

Define and Drive the Seed Treatment Strategy

• Develop the medium- and long-term vision, roadmap and growth strategy for the European seed treatment portfolio.
• Identify target markets, customer value propositions and business opportunities.
• Build crop-specific plans covering value creation, profitability, investments and resource needs.
• Lead governance and decision-making processes related to seed treatment activities.

Manage and Develop the Portfolio

• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from development and launch to optimization and phase-out.
• Define product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies with marketing teams.
• Ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Define and implement sourcing strategies for products and technologies.
• Negotiate supply agreements and strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
• Secure access to innovative technologies, products and services.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support portfolio growth and innovation.

Lead Operations and People

• Manage a team covering agronomic development, application technologies, procurement and regulatory coordination.
• Oversee agronomic trials, industrial validation and technical evaluation of new solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across production and commercialization markets.
• Establish technical standards and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources and investments to deliver business objectives.

Represent Limagrain Within the Industry

• Develop strong relationships with crop protection, biocontrol and biostimulant companies.
• Represent Limagrain in European industry associations and professional networks.
