Limagrain invites applications for an EMEA Production Operations Lead based in Portes-lès-Valence. You will report to the Global Seed Production Director and oversee agronomic production across France, Spain, and Kenya, coordinating a network of managers and field teams to ensure quality and compliance with Limagrain standards.

You will shape regional production strategy, drive transformational initiatives, and collaborate with LVS units to align with long-term ambitions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in agriculture, agri-food, horticulture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in seed, horticulture, or agri-food with proven management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop agronomic production operations across the EMEA region (France, Spain, Kenya).
• Manage a network of Country Seed Production Managers and field teams to ensure operational performance, quality, and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage regional OPEX and CAPEX budgets with FP&A; ensure cost control and investment tracking.
• Collaborate with LVS stakeholders and sister BUs; promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
