Limagrain in France seeks a senior leader to guide the development, management and optimization of the seed treatment portfolio across European markets. You will collaborate with suppliers, partners and cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation and regulatory compliance.

You will define medium- and long-term strategy, oversee product lifecycle from development to market launch, establish sourcing partnerships, and lead budgets and teams to deliver strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in seeds, seed treatment or crop protection.
• Proven experience in product portfolio management and solution development.
• Successful leadership of cross-functional projects in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the seed treatment strategy across Europe.
• Manage the full portfolio lifecycle from development to phase-out.
• Define product positioning, value propositions and pricing with marketing.
• Build sourcing strategies and negotiate supply agreements with key suppliers.
• Lead budgets, resources and governance to deliver objectives.
