Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Lead Security Engineer based in France to define and drive security strategy within a fully remote, globally distributed organization. You will own application security, infrastructure protection, compliance, and incident management while shaping security standards for the evolving SaaS platform.

Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle, run threat modeling, automate security guardrails, and lead incident response

Qualifications

• Senior security engineer or lead in a SaaS context.
• Hands-on with app and API security in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience leading security incidents end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead security strategy and roadmap across the org.
• Identify gaps and build tools, automation, and processes.
• Integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage security operations, including incident response and on-call.
• Oversee vulnerability disclosure and SOC 2/compliance programs.
• Support customer trust initiatives with security questionnaires.
