Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Security Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of security for a rapidly growing platform with 50+ million users. The role encompasses application security, vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance, with a special focus on AI security threats.

You will work directly with engineering leadership and development teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust security practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on security engineer role focusing on applications, AI security, and risk management.
• Experience with code reviews, vulnerability finding, and remediation.
• Familiarity with audits, penetration tests, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Review code and identify vulnerabilities; collaborate with developers via Git/GitHub workflows.
• Coordinate external penetration tests, audits, and remediation tracking.
• Manage security risk register and prioritise remediation by risk severity.
