Project Overview

As part of an international rollout program, we are looking for a Senior Project Delivery / Deployment Manager with SAP knowledge to drive project deliverables and coordinate stakeholders within a complexand demanding international environment.

The program involvesseveral go-live phases across multiplecountries planned from 2027 to 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliverables Management: Drive project deliverables and ensure they are completed on time and in line with project objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and engage key stakeholders to maintain project progress and ensure alignment.
• International Rollout Management: Support the preparation and successful execution of SAP-related go-live phases across different countries.
• Priority Management: Maintain focus on project objectives despite tight deadlines, constraints and changing priorities.
• Team Coordination and Support: Communicate effectively with stakeholders under pressure, manage sensitive situations and maintain a constructive working environment.
• Working in a Complex Environment: Quickly understand the organization, its processes and ways of working.

Required Profile

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in project delivery, project management, deployment coordination or deliverables management.
• Good technical knowledge of SAP and experience working in an SAP-related project environment.
• Proven experience working in complex, international organisations.
• Strong ability to drive deliverables forward, demonstrate persistence and ensure commitments are met.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the maturity to manage stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
• Professional English, with the ability to work in an international setting.
