Airbus is seeking an ERP Logistics Manager in Toulouse to drive the digital journey for operation logistics. You will translate complex needs into Agile epics, align SAP logic with aerospace demands, and govern ERP investments from concept to operation.

Expect leadership in governance, end-to-end supply chain redesigns, and collaboration with IM and site operations; English fluency is required, French/German a plus, with ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• At least 10 years in high-regulation, complex industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense) with ERP deployment experience.
• Advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, and EWM modules).
• Fluency in English; French and/or German a plus; 20% travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops translating operational shop-floor needs into end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Enforce a Fit-to-Standard SAP approach, minimizing local customizations.
• Distill complex SAP logic into business-driven visuals to secure executive buy-in.
• Redesign end-to-end flows to support aircraft production ramp-up targets.
• Partner with IM departments and site operations to balance standards with business value.
