Eramet Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Lead to support multiple sites, drive safety culture initiatives, and participate in group prevention programs. You will assess risks, ensure regulatory conformity, and lead investigations with actionable follow-up.

The role demands 60–70% travel to remote sites, fluency in English, and a strong ability to influence diverse field teams across networks.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in industrial safety and risk management.
• Proven track record implementing improvement plans in complex industrial settings.
• Ability to influence field teams and secure buy-in across networks.

Responsabilités

• Support Safety teams at critical sites through inspections, coaching, and training.
• Develop and share initiatives fostering a strong safety culture across sites.
• Participate in Eramet Group prevention initiatives and audits.
• Assess safety risks at assigned sites and propose prioritized action plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support teams to conform.
• Deploy and audit safety management systems at intervention sites.
• Lead accident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Leverage technical knowledge of industrial equipment to assess risks.

Description du poste

• Support Safety teams at one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)
• Develop, share and support initiatives that foster a strong safety culture across all sites
• Participate in Eramet Group prevention initiatives
• Assess safety risks at assigned sites and propose prioritized action plans to local teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field and assist teams in achieving conformity
• Deploy and audit safety management systems, in particular the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sites
• Lead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes and ensure follow-up of corrective actions
• Rely on strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks close to operational realities

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with 10–15 years of experience in industrial safety
• Proven experience implementing improvement plans in complex industrial environments
• Strong influencing skills, pedagogical ability and persistence to secure buy-in from field teams
• Organizational and synthesis skills in multicultural contexts
• Excellent writing and facilitation skills to make complex content accessible
• Strong ability to work across networks with stakeholders at all levels
• Availability for frequent international travel, including to remote sites (60–70%)
• Fluent English required (international working environment)
