Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in industrial safety and risk management.
Proven track record implementing improvement plans in complex industrial settings.
Ability to influence field teams and secure buy-in across networks.

Responsabilités

Support Safety teams at critical sites through inspections, coaching, and training.
Develop and share initiatives fostering a strong safety culture across sites.
Participate in Eramet Group prevention initiatives and audits.
Assess safety risks at assigned sites and propose prioritized action plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support teams to conform.
Deploy and audit safety management systems at intervention sites.
Lead accident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
Leverage technical knowledge of industrial equipment to assess risks.
