Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems programming in a performance-critical language (C/C++ or equivalent).
• 1+ year of hands-on Rust experience with ownership model and type system.
• Experience delivering end-to-end development cycles from blank sheet to modular software.
• Proficiency with Git or any versioning system.
• Professional-level English; French is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of architecture from design to tested, production-grade code.
• Design, implement, and test core Rust components of mission-planning software.
• Build high-performance simulation capabilities and physical model architectures.
• Deliver robust, high-quality code in a high-precision environment.
• Contribute across the stack including frontend visualization (egui/bevy).
• Mentor junior engineers and act as technical reference for software-design practices across the team.
