Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails backend development.
• Experience conceiving technical design of complex product features.
• Experience with rapidly growing products and architectural models of large-scale web apps.
• Experience in an Agile environment like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in API development with focus on resilience, scalability, and security.
• Fluent in English.
• Desire to work on long-term technical challenges.
