Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer (Full Remote - France)

Your Role

Our tech team is growing rapidly to support an ambitious roadmap. We are hiring experienced Senior Back‑end Developers (Ruby/Rails) who will shape our roadmap, design technical solutions, and help deliver a great user experience. You will also have the opportunity to experiment and bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Product Managers to review project specifications.
• Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations.
• Write hands‑on code, submit pull requests, conduct code reviews, and write tests.

• 5+ years of experience as a back‑end or full‑stack engineer; recent experience with Ruby on Rails is mandatory.

• Experience building large‑scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
