Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior RMF Information Security Systems Manager (ISSM) and SME to support DoW R&E capabilities across RMF. This role requires accountability for security standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management in a defense context.

The candidate must understand DoW/ NIST guidelines and be prepared for remote work with occasional travel. Strong leadership, policy development, and incident response experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• 10+ years cybersecurity experience including a senior technical or management role
• IAT/IAM or equivalent security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CASP)
• Experience with OSD leadership or Military components
• Excellent communication/presentation skills briefing senior leadership
• Experience writing policies, guides, procedures
• Hands-on with eMASS, Xacta and/or other GRC tools
• Experience with Federal and FedRAMP A&A Processes

Responsibilities

• Utilize expert knowledge of riskManagement in support of a major DoW program.
• Collaborate between the Cyber Risk Assessor/Security Control Assessor and the program as well as DoW leadership.
• Provide status and metrics for the body of evidence and authorization conditions.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws/regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities/threats.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with system/network admins to plan and implement security measures including Continuous Monitoring.
• Develop incident response procedures to reconstitute operations after incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security standards/regulations/frameworks and conduct periodic audits.
• Maintain security documentation and provide reports to Government customer.
• Support DoW agile authorization; OV L processes experience a plus
