Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to strengthen cybersecurity across the EMEA region, leading planning, risk assessment, and control assurance while integrating security into systems and operations. You will drive security governance, audits, and reporting to senior management, partnering with engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of information security or cyber resilience experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security planning, risk assessment, and control assurance across EMEA.
• Design and implement security solutions and integrate them with IT environments.
• Monitor security posture, audits, and regulatory compliance; report to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security throughout projects.
• Mentor cybersecurity team and promote continuous learning.
