LV8D Solutions is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Level 3 to provide oversight, guidance, and technical expertise on IT and information system security matters that support government missions by implementing and maintaining security policies, practices, and technologies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with RMF/SSP documentation and ATO packages.
• Thorough understanding of IT/IA/IM policies and DoD guidance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain English.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with government and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational security posture for programs and information systems.
• Interface with government customers and accrediting authorities.
• Perform vulnerability and risk assessments to support authorization.
• Prepare RMF artifacts: SSPs, ATO, RMR, SCTM, POA&M, SAs and continuous monitoring plans.
• Coordinate security assessments, tests, and reviews.
• Ensure proper configuration management of security software/hardware.
• Respond to and manage information security incidents.
