Integrity360 is seeking a Principal SOC Analyst to serve as the Level 3 escalation point in the MDR/SOC function, delivering advanced technical support during complex investigations. You will work with SIEM, EDR, NIDS, SOAR and DLP, tuning detections and guiding Level 2 analysts.

OT/ICS expertise and strong customer collaboration are highly valued. The role emphasizes investigation leadership, detection strategy development, and continuous improvement of security monitoring across IT and OT

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Security Operations Centre or MDR environments.
• Deep operational knowledge of SIEM, EDR, NIDS, SOAR and related security monitoring technologies.
• Experience with security event triage, correlation, investigation and escalation.
• Ability to analyse endpoint, network, identity, cloud and application telemetry for investigations.
• Experience with SIEM query languages and detection logic (e.g., KQL, SPL, Sigma).
• Experience tuning controls to improve alert fidelity and reduce false positives.
• Understanding of attacker tactics, techniques and procedures (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Ability to work with customers and stakeholders to improve detection capabilities.
• Experience with OT/ICS environments and industrial protocols is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as Level 3 escalation point for advanced, complex or high-impact security investigations.
• Support Level 2 analysts during complex investigations with technical guidance.
• Perform in-depth analysis of events, alerts, logs, telemetry and network traffic.
• Lead advanced investigations including scoping, containment, eradication, remediation.
• Analyze malicious activity, attacker behaviour and TTPs.
• Provide technical recommendations to strengthen customers' security posture.
• Review and improve SIEM/EDR/NIDS/SOAR configurations to reduce false positives.
• Develop detection use cases and alerting logic; contribute to playbooks.
• Support OT/ICS security monitoring and incident response activities as needed.
• Prepare technical reports for customers, partners and stakeholders.
