NXP Semiconductors in France is seeking an Analog/RF/mmWave Senior Principal Test Engineer to drive development of industrial test solutions for mass production. You will lead test strategy, design for test, and collaborate across teams to ensure high quality releases for automotive radar products.

The role requires extensive experience with RF/mmWave test development, ATE systems, and cross‑functional leadership in a global environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of Analog RF/mmWave test development experience.
Experience designing ATE loadboards/PCB for RF/mmW.
Knowledge of RF/mmW measurement techniques and testability.

Responsabilités

Develop industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production and support the design team during development.
Drive deliverables to timely completion with high quality.
Balance electrical performance, time-to-market, quality and cost.
Be involved from product specification and design from the start.
Implement Design for Test features to achieve performance and quality at lowest cost.
Develop test strategy and ATE hardware as the project progresses.
Prepare test setup for formal product qualification and mass production release.
Collaborate across functions and with global partners.
Make timely decisions in face of incomplete information, managing risks and priorities.
