Job summary

Amadeus in France is seeking a Senior Specialist, Rewards to join the regional Rewards team for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead salary reviews, benchmark compensation, advise on pay structures, and drive process improvements with People & Culture.

Fluency in English and French is required. You will partner with business leaders to deliver equitable, competitive rewards programs and support regional initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive programmes, benchmarking methodologies, and relevant legislation.
• Demonstrated understanding of how Rewards programmes contribute to business performance and employee experience.
• Advanced analytical and statistical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual salary review and bonus cycles, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination, data accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis and compensation benchmarking, identify market trends, evaluate competitiveness, and address internal pay equity considerations.
• Prepare compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and other pay-related decisions while balancing market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Advise People & Culture teams and business leaders on salary structures, compensation policies, incentive programmes, recognition practices, and broader Rewards topics.
• Drive regional and cross-functional initiatives, including process automation, continuous improvement, compliance activities, reporting enhancements, and employee engagement projects.
