TP ICAP is seeking a Compliance Advisory Officer based in Paris to proactively advise on regulatory requirements, embed compliance into daily operations and support European leadership. The role focuses on conduct, markets, and wholesale financial services regulations, acting as a trusted advisor across functions.

You will work with senior stakeholders to implement regulatory developments, drive an effective control framework, and contribute to strategic regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Compliance, Regulatory Advisory, or Financial Services Regulatory Law.
• Proven ability to provide clear, practical regulatory advice and influence business decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR and the European regulatory framework for wholesale financial markets.

Responsabilités

• Support the Compliance Manager in driving the function's strategy, culture, and advisory activities.
• Deliver practical, risk-based regulatory advice to the business across Conduct, Markets, and Wholesale Financial Services regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for day-to-day regulatory queries.
• Advise on implementation of MiFID II/MiFIR and other regulatory developments and assess impacts.
• Support oversight of European operations to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Identify emerging regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Risk, Legal and other control functions to maintain a coordinated control framework.
• Assist in design, implementation, and embedding of compliance controls, policies and procedures.
• Deliver compliance input into strategic initiatives, regulatory projects and business change programmes.
