Job summary

Chloé is seeking a Sales Merchandising Manager to support the implementation of the RTW strategic plan and achieve commercial objectives. You will report to the Chief RTW officer and work with Central/Regional Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing to ensure a relevant, commercially successful, and consistently executed RTW offer worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Merchandising or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of Ready-to-Wear products and luxury retail environments.
• Ability to translate business and product data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Excellent grasp of sales, sell-through, stock, margin and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and build reporting and action plans to drive performance.
• Collaborate with Central Merchandising on product lifecycle, markdowns and outlets.
• Gather regional needs and trends to inform collection merchandising.
• Monitor budgets and sales plans in close collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Define core offer, store clustering and coordinate showroom activities.
• Roll out pricing strategy across local currencies while securing euro price points.
• Work with Operations to meet time-to-market objectives and product launches.
• Contribute to Clienteling and Visual Merchandising initiatives.
• Manage Made-to-Order (MTO) activities for RTW.
