The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, alongside excellent communication skills. The position emphasizes leadership and the ability to work cross-functionally to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Financial Analysis/Planning experience in project management.
• Experience managing extensive clinical portfolios is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage financial operations of the Research and Development department.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for management.
• Support long-term financial planning processes for assigned projects.
