Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) seeks a Senior Controller Finance R&D to lead consolidation and financial operations for the R&D department. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to enable informed decisions and value creation for Neuroscience and other R&D programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• +5 years of Financial Analysis/Planning experience in long-term project environments.
• Experience managing/controlling large clinical portfolios; therapeutic drug valuations advantageous.
• Pharma industry knowledge and international exposure highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning for R&D Finance.
• Coordinate with Corp FP&A, R&D leadership, and global teams to align financial goals with company objectives.
• Develop and oversee R&D budgeting/forecasting, dashboard submissions, and variance analyses.
• Manage long-term planning (5YP/LRP) for R&D initiatives and portfolio valuations.
• Provide mentorship to the R&D finance team and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
