Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) in Paris seeks a Senior Controller Finance R&D to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the R&D function. You will partner with VP Finance for R&D, cross-functional teams and asset controllers to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

The role requires strong financial acumen, experience with long‑term planning (5YP/LRP) and the ability to drive cost optimization across Neuroscience assets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a financial field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis/planning in long-term projects.
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for R&D.
• Coordinate with VP Finance for R&D and senior leadership on reporting.
• Support 5YP and long-range planning for R&D initiatives.
