L&L Products seeks an EMEA Technical Support specialist to drive test programs, generate formal recommendations, and showcase the value of our adhesive and composite solutions for product launches. You will lead design proofs, coordinate lab equipment needs, and benchmark against competitors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in the composites sector, strong adhesives testing background, and experience in customer-facing technical roles, with excellent English and French language abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the composites industry.
• Strong background in adhesives and composite material testing.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely completion of test programs and provide formal recommendations on adhesive and composites solutions.
• Conduct part design and manufacturing proof of concept to demonstrate value of our solutions.
• Support equipment procurement for the laboratory.
• Develop detailed test programs with benchmarking against competitors and provide recommendations.
• Support client meetings with technical advice for product solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations to highlight benefits and parameters of our systems.
• Demonstrate products at customer facilities and assist scale-up in manufacturing.
