Job summary

Altea Energy seeks a Project Quality Management Engineer to support the Project H3SEQ Manager in implementing and improving the Quality Management System across all phases of a major offshore development project. You will work with SURF, SPS, FPSO, Drilling & Wells, and O&M teams to ensure QA/QC processes are consistently applied.

You will coordinate QA/QC activities, manage NCRs and TPI, drive corrective actions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Quality Management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate QA/QC processes and tools across project packages.
• Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and Third Party Inspections (TPI).
• Organize quality review meetings and ensure timely close-out of corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with Contractors and package teams.
• Promote LEAN and continuous improvement across the project.
• Prepare quality dashboards and performance reports.
• Support HSE integration in quality processes.
