- Develop, implement and maintain a robust Project Quality Management System (QMS) .
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance activities across all project packages, including SURF, SPS, FPSO, O&M, D&W and Offloading .
- Coordinate and manage transverse quality processes and tools, including Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and Third-Party Inspections (TPI) .
- Ensure that QA/QC processes are consistently and effectively implemented across all packages.
- Organize and lead periodic Quality Reviews and quality performance/issue identification meetings with project packages.
- Identify, record, monitor and drive the resolution and close-out of quality issues and actions impacting the project.
- Ensure quality-related actions are properly managed, adequately addressed and closed within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor quality risks, comments and responses and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
- Coordinate with Package Quality Leads, Project Managers, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure consistent quality management.
- Ensure relevant Quality Assurance information is effectively communicated to project and package teams.
- Participate in audits and monitor compliance with project and Company quality requirements.
- Ensure HSE requirements are systematically integrated into Quality Management processes.
- Support the identification of process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Define and monitor Quality KPIs and performance indicators .
- Promote LEAN principles, continuous improvement and an integrated one-team approach across the project.
- Contribute to project performance improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes and referentials where appropriate.
- Contribute to the preparation of project Quality close-out reports .
- Capture and consolidate lessons learned throughout project execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and contractor representatives across different locations, including France and Namibia.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, HSE, or a related technical discipline .
- Significant professional experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management within major industrial or Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven experience implementing and managing a Project Quality Management System (QMS) .
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, procedures and project quality requirements .
- Demonstrated experience with NCR management, Third-Party Inspection (TPI), audits and quality action tracking .
- Experience coordinating quality activities across multiple project packages and interfaces.
- Strong experience working with EPC/EPCI contractors and multidisciplinary project teams .
- Experience in offshore, deepwater, FPSO, SURF, SPS or other major Oil & Gas projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality performance management, KPIs and continuous improvement .
- Experience with LEAN / performance improvement initiatives is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international project environment .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and drive timely corrective actions.
- Ability to work autonomously while supporting the Project H3SEQ Manager and Package Quality Leads.
- Fluent English is mandatory .
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Paris La Défense or Pau on a resident basis.
