Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for a multi-country FPSO quality program. The role will lead the QA/QC workforce, supervise QA/QC Leaders and Engineers, and ensure alignment with project QMS and contractual requirements.

Based in EPSCC Contractor premises with frequent missions abroad; starting Oct 2026 for 1–4 years with possible renewal. Requires 10–20 years in a similar role and an engineering degree, with English proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of professional experience in a similar role with managerial responsibilities.
• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• English language mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA/QC Leaders and Engineers.
• Review Contractors'/Subcontractors' QA/QC Inspection & Test Plans for coherence and adequacy.
• Investigate issues in the application of Project QMS and propose improvements.
• Coordinate lessons learned sessions with TotalEnergies Feedback coordinator.
