Job summary

Altea Energy seeks a Project HSE Management Engineer for a residential assignment with Paris or Pau base. You will support the H3SEQ Manager across all project phases of a major ultra-deepwater development, coordinating with SURF, SPS, FPSO leads, contractors and company entities in France and Namibia.

The role emphasizes leadership, incident investigation, and continuous HSE improvement, with responsibilities spanning training delivery, audits, reporting, and environmental performance

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project HSE Manager in implementing and continuously improving the Project HSE Management System.
• Promote safe and environmentally responsible project execution.
• Coordinate HSE objectives and improvement plans.
• Assist in HSE reporting, audits and incident investigations.
• Monitor Contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with Company HSE standards.
• Deliver HSE induction sessions and coordinate training.
• Foster a strong HSE culture across project teams.
