Capital On Tap is seeking a QA professional to own manual and automated testing across the SDLC within an agile squad. You will expand automation coverage, drive QA improvements, and investigate issues with hands-on testing to ensure product quality.

You’ll collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers, developing domain knowledge and promoting shared responsibility for quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across web/mobile applications including functional, regression, performance, exploratory and automated testing.
• Ability to shape QA strategy using risk assessment and pragmatic prioritisation.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and REST API testing.

Responsabilités

• Own manual and automated testing across the SDLC with Engineers and Product Managers.
• Expand automated test coverage within an agile team.
• Drive continuous improvement through POCs and QA process refinements.
• Investigate user-reported issues, perform hands-on testing, and manage bug reports.
• Develop domain knowledge to support engineers and promote quality ownership.
• Prioritise work and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.
