Sunstice is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the functional quality of the team’s deliverables in a Scrum setting. You will collaborate with Product Owner and Project Managers to understand requirements, design test plans, and drive both manual and automated testing efforts across backend and frontend.

The role emphasizes a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a software company.
• Fluent English is required to collaborate with teams in China.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly develop expertise in a complex software solution.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to test design, execution, and maintenance.
• Dynamic and proactive, with interest in Agile teams and both technical and functional aspects.
• Experience in manual testing and the ability to transition towards automated testing.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the implementation of the quality assurance strategy.
• Work with Product Owner and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and business use cases.
• Design and execute test plans to validate new features and product enhancements.
• Define a test automation strategy.
• Perform manual testing and support the transition to automated testing across backend and frontend.
• Maintain and update the test repository.
• Document test results and track defect resolution with the technical team.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, contribute to reporting, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote QA best practices.
