Terabase Energy is seeking an experienced QA engineer to own quality end-to-end for Construct's web and mobile platforms. You’ll run manual tests and automated suites, maintain Playwright and Maestro tests, and triage field feedback into actionable tickets.

You will collaborate daily with US-based engineers and partners in Belgrade, thriving in a remote, async environment across time zones. Professional English is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in software QA / testing for B2B SaaS products.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Maestro, Selenium).
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience in customer-facing support or triage.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants or agents.
• Comfortable with CI/CD, bug tracking, and test management tools (Linear).
• Strong Agile understanding and software lifecycle knowledge.
• Works well remotely and across time zones; professional English.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute manual tests and run automated suites for web and mobile apps.
• Maintain and improve test automation suites (Playwright, Maestro).
• Own first-line support: triage issues and reproduce bugs from field feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Backend, and external dev partners.
• Champion shift-left testing and increase developers' test coverage.
• Grow the support knowledge base to reduce ticket volume.
• Bridge QA and Support with the rest of Terabase.
