Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Python Senior Software Engineer, AI Training, based in France, for a remote, project-based engagement. You will evaluate AI-generated coding interactions, provide expert feedback, and help define quality benchmarks for AI coding agents.

The engagement is fully remote, flexible, and part-time (10–20 hours/week). Strong Python, English proficiency, and critical thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Senior, Staff, or Principal-level software engineering experience or equivalent expertise.
• Strong Python expertise and deep understanding of AI-assisted development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate code and technical responses without executing the code or reviewing every line.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 level or above).
• Confidence in providing direct, constructive, well-supported opinions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions from start to finish, assessing overall quality and effectiveness.
• Determine usefulness, technical soundness, and alignment with experienced software engineer practices.
• Assess explanations, reasoning, and recommendations, not just code correctness.
• Differentiate between quality levels and apply consistent standards.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback on what works, doesn't work, and potential inaccuracies.
